Shipping Timeframes

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. LDL SAFETY SUPPLY is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We’ll assist as best we can, but we are not liable once delivery is confirmed.

We want you to be confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. To start a return, simply contact us with your order number.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. Once approved, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order. This ensures the fastest delivery of what you need.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
